Scientific Research System Description
CEI set up a scientific and rational mechanism of scientific research project application, implementation and supervision based on the innovation of the technical management system. The effect and rewards of the R & D investment can be guaranteed through scientific decision-making procedure. The utilization of the R & D resources has been elevated by flowing and sharing the R & D resources.

From the establishment to 2007, CEI has completed 4106 scientific and technical projects, obtained 2223 various scientific and technical achievements and 365 national, provincial and municipal scientific and technical achievement awards. In the recent ten years, we have 185 accepted patents application and taken out 119 issued patents and 29 patented invention.
